There are more possibility that Steven Gerrard will not play Liverpool’s Premier League game against Sunderland tomorrow. Its been said Rafael Benitez want to play safe game with Steven Gerrard.

According to Timesonline report: “Gerrard sat out training yesterday having returned early from international duty with England because of a groin problem. The midfield player has had a scan that revealed that the injury is not serious and Liverpool have no issue with the FA over the way the situation was handled by the England medical staff.”

Steven Gerrard has a history of groin problems but he is also renowned for being a quick healer.
