Problem: Gerrard and Lampard want to make the game too much. If they keep on doing this one of them has to become a substitute.

Carragher should know what he can or cannot do. He cannot pass so leave it!

I would put Carrick in the game as he is more direct in his passing to Lampard and Gerrard than Barry. Barry wants to make the final pass to the strikers to offer on a long distance.

Rooney is the only striker, which gives him the area to use his strength instead of adjusting to his fellow NOT moving striker at this moment, which is actually occupying Rooney’s pace.

Too many strikers have been put on the team, Ashley Simon Young would have been the perfect right players and than Shaun or Lennon on the left.
